ESPRESSO MARTINI

The Espresso Martini is a delightful cocktail that combines the rich flavors of coffee with the smoothness of vodka and the sweetness of coffee liqueur. It's a perfect pick-me-up for those who enjoy a hint of caffeine in their cocktails. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature. You can also use cold brew coffee as an alternative.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice cubes to chill the ingredients.
  3. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed and cooled espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  4. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to ensure everything is well combined and the mixture is nicely chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Optionally, you can garnish the cocktail with a few coffee beans on top for a decorative touch.
